Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:

We offer free pick-up at our workshop for your convenience. Customers must ensure their car is big enough to accommodate the purchased items and have enough hands to load the furniture. For those who prefer to have their items shipped, we calculate the standard shipping costs at checkout. We currently ship within Canada and the USA.

White glove delivery service is also available in the Gatineau/Ottawa region, Montreal and surroundings. Our team will deliver the item(s) to your home and set it up in the room of your choice. If you would like white glove delivery service in another region, please contact us at info@ref-co.ca to inquire about availability and pricing.

Returns:

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. *Do not apply on custom orders*

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging with the original receipt. Please note that our return policy applies only to standard sales and not custom orders.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@ref-co.ca to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition or packaging, or if the return request is made after the 30-day return period.
