Returns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sales@resinateexoticfurniture.com should you want to make a return. You have 30 days and proof of purchase is required. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
Resinate Exotic Furniture offers a 1-year warranty for all of these products.  This warranty does not cover any abuse and misuse, it will only be applicable for damage caused by normal usage. Please contact us at sales@resinateexoticfurniture.com and attach a photo as well as your proof of purchase.
